A message from Marcus’ fundraiser:
“I’m raising money to purchase a bulk order(s) of KN95 (Chinese equivalent of N95) masks for as many medical hero’s putting their health at risk as possible. My business Driver Technologies, has a global footprint and from doing a lot of work in China we are able to source KN95 at extremely reasonable cost, but bulk orders of 5,000 masks are required – about $8,000. Our manufacturing connection is making 600k masks per day. Help me get as many of these masks in the hands of as many medical personnel as possible.
This is near to my heart as my mother and my mother-in-law are both nurses in the trenches, saving lives, who are being instructed to use the same disposable mask day after day.
Every day that medical personnel don’t have appropriate protection is another day they are putting themselves at risk, not to mention their loved ones at home.
All money raised will go towards KN95 masks + shipping costs. I am working on sourcing other protective gear as well.
